Are you a vintage seller, maker or collector with a passion for unique finds and timeless treasures? We're looking for standout vendors to join us at Wisconsin Vintage Fest!
Whether you're a seasoned market pro or bringing your collection to the public for the first time, we welcome all vendors who embrace quality and community.

Vendor Guidelines
Thanks for your interest in vending Wisconsin Vintage Fest on Sunday August 2nd!
Wisconsin Vintage Fest is an all ages, outdoor event taking place at Breese Stevens Field in Madison, WI. There will be over 80 vendors of vintage clothing, home goods & more!
The cost per clothing space is $250.
The cost per non-clothing space is $180.
Vendor applications close on September 6th. All approvals will be sent by September 7th.
If your application is approved, you will be notified via the email you provided, with an invoice to purchase your space(s). You will have 5 days to purchase your space. Spaces will not be held.
Completion of this application acknowledges the following vendor agreement.
Failure to adhere to the guidelines may result in removal of future considerations.
- Vendors must arrive on time. There is no day before setup. Setup begins at 8:00am on Sunday and you must be setup by no later than 11am.
- You must provide your own tables, racks & chairs
- All vendors must have tents and 10lb weights for each leg
- All vendor garbage must be cleaned prior to leaving
- Food or drinks may not be sold by any vendor
- No alcohol or illegal substances may be brought onto the venue premises
- Failure to cooperate will remove vendors from the event and future events
- Vendors are responsible to pay applicable taxes to the state of Wisconsin
- All spaces are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
